About the Dante Awards
The Dante Awards started off in 2020, after a bored Dante Alvarez set out to create an award show better than the Oscars. Since then, the DAs have flourished into something even greater, a community of people that are now coming together to vote on their favorite films. The DA voting body votes on their favorites based on their respective branch, and the two films with majority votes pass on to become nominated. The rest of the nominees are selected by a private jury.
